We are located in historic Fairfield, which is just on the edge of downtown Victoria and full of houses dating from 1890s to 1920s. We are across from a park and elementary school, and half a block from "Five Corners" a small set of shops at Moss St. and Fairfield Rd which includes a top-notch bakery/cafe, convenience store, fish&chip shop, bike shop, pharmacy, hair salon and organic specialty produce . Two blocks west is trendy Cook Street Village with multiple restaurants, two grocery stores, cafes, popular pub and specialty stores. Three blocks east is the Fairfield Plaza with large grocery store, liquor store and many other ammenities. The beach and popular Dallas Rd walking path is four blocks south. It is a wonderful quiet, walkable neighborhood with lots to do. It takes about 15 minutes to walk downtown.
