Degisim için önerdigimiz ev hakkinda

Comfortable and spacious ranch style home (2,500 sq. ft.) with ocean and mountain views located in quiet residential neighbourhood in Campbell River, a scenic oceanfront city of 30,000 on the east coast of beautiful Vancouver Island, a world class tourist destination. Less than one hour drive to Mt. Washington Alpine and Nordic ski centre. Ski, golf at a championship course and fish on the same day in winter or early spring! Many parks and recreational areas nearby. Scenic Victoria only three hours by car, with wine country on the way.

We are open to all exchanges anytime & anywhere, but are particularly open to warm climates from November to April (Hawaii, southwest U.S.A.). Always interested in New York City, east coast of U.S. & Canada. We can easily do a non-simultaneous exchange if you prefer to visit here in the summer. Also looking for European destinations such as the south of France, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Greece and Great Britain.

From our house it is a short walk to the local supermarket, pharmacy, liquor store, restaurants & movie theatre. It also takes about 15 minutes to walk down to the ocean where there is a lovely seawalk all the way into town or take the opposite direction to another shopping area. Hiking trails are within walking distance also. A short drive will take you to lakes and rivers, good for swimming, fishing, kayaking, etc. Storey Creek golf course (well known in B.C.) is a short 15 minute drive. Mt. Washington ski resort is about 45 minutes away.
