Our 1 bedroom condo on the third (top) floor, is bright, north facing with a partial city and mountain view. All levels (garage to third floor) are accessible by elevator. The balcony where we often sit on sunny days, and barbecue almost year round, overlooks a quiet newly renovated garden courtyard. All appliances are new including the Blomberg washer and dryer which is in the pantry/laundry off the kitchen. There is a smart TV with NETFLIX, cable and an excellent sound system. Bed, mattress and bed linens are also recent purchases.The location is superb—a five minute walk to Granville Island Market, several beaches, shops, restaurants, cinema and theatre district. We are also minutes from the waterfront with walking and bike routes. The condo is three minutes from public transit or a twenty-five to thirty minute walk to city centre. From Coal Harbour you can take a quick ferry to North Vancouver, the float plane to Victoria on Vancouver Island, or an Alaska cruise ship. There is also convenient transit to Stanley Park, UBC, the BC ferry system--(Vancouver Island, Gulf Islands, Sunshine Coast and inside passage), rail station, skytrain and Canada Line to airport. Vancouver Island, Whistler. The US border is about a forty minute drive. Seattle, San Francisco, Calgary are easily accessible by flight or VIA rail train trip down the coast. The stunning Okanagan wine region is about a four hour drive. Any visitor will see we truly are located in one of the best Vancouver locations.
