Bright, modern, spacious 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom townhouse in South Granville/Fairview Slopes. Sleeps 4 comfortably (could accommodate 5 as there is an aerobed for the top floor), 1 queen sized bed, 1 double bed.
3 levels.
Lower level:2 Bedrooms with walk out patio from both bedrooms. Large jack and jill bathroom with separate bath and shower (bathroom is currently under renovation, stay tuned for photos!). Washer and dryer. Newly renovated bathroom and second bedroom!
Main Floor: Open floor plan. Kitchen, dining, living room and half bathroom. Overlooks the popular W7th, tree lined bike street.

Upper Floor: Large 500 sq ft family room with large comfortable sectional couch, TV, wood burning fireplace, patio with bbq and tables for eating outside with views of the mountains and city. Wood burning fire place is great in the winter for warming up after skiing or a walk along the water. North facing views.
