What a fabulous condo RIGHT AT COAL HARBOR!!! The deck was our haven-we watched cruise ships come and go, ferries, water taxis, float planes, and people..... The home is so comfortable and perfect to be in. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We were able to ride the bikes that were left for us on the seawall over to Kitsilano Beach and beyond. We never had a slow day with so much to see and do. The two nights of fireworks were an added treat. It was hard to leave!!!

Thank You to Maureen and James for agreeing to this magnificent exchange. Their home was very welcoming and comfortable and we could have looked at the view all day and not get bored. In a very central position with some very tempting cafes and restaurants within a short distance. The swimming pool - well what can we say, apart from the fact my swimming improved a lot. we spent so much time in the pool. Morgan loved the jacuzzi.

Luxury apartment on Vancouver Waterfront near Stanley Park. Walk/cycle everywhere!

Our suite is 1500 sq ft/140sq metres with an additional 450 sq ft/ 42 sq metre patio/terrace with west views to Stanley Park and north views of the harbour and the N. Shore. In the summer we mostly live on the patio!

We are in The Avila, a luxury waterfront community. The building has 24hr concierge, a 25m pool, sauna, steam room, gym, squash court and private garden. Food shopping is just 3 blocks away on Robson St or Hastings St. The Skytrain system and Seabus are a 15 minute walk away. Buses are two minutes away. The famous Vancouver Seawall is right outside for cycling and walking. Hiking, mountain biking, kayaking and Nordic and Downhill skiing are all easily done here! Tennis and pitch n putt in Stanley Park. Gentle walk to Sunset Beach and outdoor pool.
