Kitsalano is a unique area close to the beach and downtown with lots of nearby shopping. We are one block from the ocean and two blocks from Vancouver's best ocean side park with beach, outdoor swiming pool, beach volleyball, tennis and paddle boarding. We are two blocks from 4th Avenue with extensive shopping, cafes and restaurants. The neighbourhood is quiet with lots of treelined streets. Downtown is a ten minute bus ride or thirty minute walk.

the best beach in Vancouver and Canada's largest outdoor pool are only 10 minutes away. They both feature gorgeous ocean and mountain views. Tennis and beach volleyball are also available in Kitsalano Beach park. Shops and restaurants galore can be found along nearby fourth avenue. There are great bike paths leading to other beaches and the University of Briitish Columbia or ride the other way and go down town.
