Cute little apartment in Montreal (Ville St-Laurent neighborhood).

Willing to trade apartment in Montreal for an apartment in Victoria only for the summer.

I am from Montreal but will be in Victoria from May to August.

My place is a 10 minutes bus ride to either Henri-Bourassa subway station or Côte-Vertu. Bus stop is right in front of the door. It's also right next to Gare du Ruisseau train station which is a 20 minutes train ride downtown (bonaventure). Bonaventure is right next to the trillions of Festivals Montreal has to offer in the summer.

40 minutes bike ride downtown or 30 to Plateau Mont-Royal, about an hour roller-blading (I feel like roller-blading is an underestimated way to commute). Bike path almost all the way.

It's a 2 bedrooms and has a pool outside. No allocated parking but lots of parking spots in the street. Little terrasse.
