We are a young-minded, senior couple with one of us retired and grown children (grandchildren). We are mostly seasoned travellers looking to expand our travel ‘resume’ with a measure of comfort at this stage. Being respectful of another’s property is our nature and appreciate the favour returned. We are fit and tend toward summer activities.
History and entertainment is also an interest for us.

Spacious 2200 square foot house-like, condo (complex has only 11 units). Large, private, outside patio area (~500 sq ft) with grassed, hedged front and accessed from 3 rooms each with sliding glass doors on main level. 2 large bedrooms on second level, each with private full ensuite. 1 full king bed and 1 full queen bed. 3rd washroom on main. Large modern kitchen with sitting/working island, and dining/sitting areas. All modern new appliances. Large, high-ceilinged living-room with gas fireplace, Italian leather lounging furniture and entertainment centre. Comfortable deck furniture. Unfettered sunrise views of Maple Bay and Salt Spring Island on both levels. Spectacular moon light display across bay during full-moon.

One or possibly two couples is our preference. A vehicle is possible (with appropriate insurance coverage) if we have the same option. Common courtesy for neighbours and adherence to dock rules is required. If you rent or own a boat (only less than 30ft) insurance will be required for our dock (which needs to be kept locked). Any boats must be moved to local marina moorage in the event of severe storms. No smoking or pets please. We use a reasonable cleaning service which would likely be available for your use.
We are a tidy couple and appreciate the same in return.
