We are a family of four. However, our exchange group is in most cases just formed by my wife Donatella and myself. My wife is a 60 social worker; she loves cycling and reading. I am a 64 lawyer and University lecturer of Environmental Law. I like nature, sport and reading. Our two daughters work abroad in Europe. We now work part-time and are thus pretty flexible about dates, for either simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchanges.

NO FURTHER EXCHANGE FOR THE WHOLE SUMMER 2022, AS OUR HOUSES WILL BOTH BE UNDER RENOVATION. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
We offer either our large and luxury city flat on two levels (top floor and attik) in Verona, 100 Km. from Venice (address: Verona, via Caovilla 4) or our beautiful and very quiet country villa, with a large garden, in the Valpolicella wine area (address: Negrar, via Saline 1, car needed).
The city flat is on two levels with separated access. The upper level can be made completely independent, so that two people (with one small child) can stay there independently also when we are in the appartment at the lower level. Thus, non simultaneous exchange is very easy and flexible for us.
In both houses up to 7 people can sleep comfortably.
In both houses high speed wifi Internet and all modern facilities are available.
In the Verona apartment there is a large sunny terrace overlooking the Adige river.
The Valpolicella villa, at 700 metres altitude and at 20 minutes driving from Verona, benefits from a very large garden, full of fruit trees and of flowers.
We are experienced exchangers.

Semtimiz ve çevremiz hakkinda
Our Verona apartment is in a beautiful area in the North part of Verona, at 5 Km from the city centre. The bus stop is just under our house. The area is pretty, by the river, with small gourmet food shops, delicious ice cream available and very good restaurants (reasonably cheap, compared to those in the town center). The closer large supermarket and and the closer sport centre (tennis, outdoor and indoor swimming pool, large and modern gym facilities) are at 1 Km. Our country villa is in the Valpolicella wine area, at 700 metres altitude, cool in summer and full of flowers in spring. In this area wonderful cycling and hiking trips are possible. Riding a horse is also possible.

Verona, wonderful in itself, hosts a fantastic summer opera and ballet festival in our two ancient amphitheatres (the Arena and the Teatro Romano).
Verona is in the middle of everything in Italy (less than 90 minutes by train to Florence, Venice, Milan, etc). A fantastic swimming pool is at about 1 Km from the Verona apartment. The Valpolicella villa is on the E5 path route
