In my early 60s, I'm working for an intergovernmental organization and have a 26 years old daughter, Eva, who is working and living in Amsterdam. We joined Homelink over 20 years ago and we have already exchanged several times (references available on request). We are used to frequent travels, leaving abroad and exchanging with friends.

Very comfortable apartment housing up to 6 adults. 2 minutes walking distance from Colosseum and main archeological sites.
Very centrally situated and still very quiet in a lovely Roman neighbourhood. Recently renovated flat (140 sqm) on two floors, with a beautiful 70 sqm terrace, overlooking the Colosseum. The apartment is very cosy and has a nice modern design outlook.
Sunny, deep view over ancient Roma and green. Enjoy the large terrace, green with several plants and fully equipped to rest, sunbathe, having meals, etc.. Convenient public transport.
Experienced house swappers.

We live on the Celio, one of the famous hills of ancient Rome. From the apartment you can overlook the Colosseum and walk to numerous archeological venues, Bizantine churches and green parks, like Villa Celimontana and Colle Oppio. The neighbourhood has still an old Roman feeling, with old, family-run trattorie, food street markets, etc. The neighbourhood is well connected via a network of public transport, but actually from our apartment you can walk to all main Rome sights.
