Ciao! We are a family of four: a university professor, a TV journalist and two students. In the free time we love to travel, read books, watch films, TV series and sports and to see friends. We love to travel abroad but also in our wonderful country. We are mostly interested in metropolitan cities, nonetheless we won't say no to a nice holiday in a historic village, the mountains or to the beach. We live in the eternal city, Rome, which is beautiful to discover and explore, but also a great base to visit other Italian sites.
Ciao! Siamo una famiglia di quattro persone: una docente universitaria, un giornalista televisivo e due studenti. Nel tempo libero amiamo viaggiare, leggere, guardare film, serie TV ed eventi sportivi e incontrare amici. Amiamo viaggiare all'estero ma anche nel nostro meraviglioso paese. Ci interessano soprattutto le città metropolitane, tuttavia non rifiuteremo una bella vacanza in un piccolo borgo storico, in montagna o al mare. Viviamo nella città eterna, Roma, fantastica da esplorare e scoprire, ma anche ottimo punto d'appoggio per visitare altre mete italiane.

Degisim için önerdigimiz ev hakkinda
Our home is welcoming, colorful e equipped with everything essential to daily life. We bought this apartment in 2021 and we live in it since February 2022 after we completely renewed it. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a four floors building. It has three bedrooms (one master room, one with a small double bed and a sofa bed and one with a single bed and a sofa bed), a big and bright living room, a spacious kitchen, an anteroom used as a study, two bathrooms e two terraces. We have (not only) kids toys and games, many books for everybody: adults, teenagers and children. We have a few books in German and English.
La nostra casa è accogliente, colorata e dotata di tutti gli accessori indispensabili per la vita quotidiana. L'abbiamo comprata nel 2021 e l'abitiamo dal febbraio del 2022 dopo averla completamente ristrutturata. Si trova al quarto piano di una palazzina di quattro piani. Ha tre camere da letto (una matrimoniale, una con letto a una piazza e mezzo e una con letto singolo e pouf letto), un grande e luminoso soggiorno, una cucina abitabile, un'anticamera della stanza matrimoniale adibita a studio, due bagni e due grandi balconi. Abbiamo giochi per bambini e non solo, e molti libri per grandi e bambini, qualcuno anche in lingua tedesca.

Semtimiz ve çevremiz hakkinda
The apartment is located in a residential area, extremely quiet. It thirty minutes away from the city center, the underground B1 stop "Jonio" and various bus stops are reachable in a five to ten minutes walk. The area is very well served: bars, supermarkets, pharmacies are all a few blocks away. The "delle Valli" park is five minutes from home and it's great for children to play, jogging or just a relaxing walk. A bike path starts from the park and it arrives to the city center.
L'appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale, molto tranquilla. Dista 30 minuti dal centro storico, la fermata Jonio della metropolitana B1 e le fermate di diverse linee di autobus sono a 5-10 minuti a piedi. La zona è molto ben servita: bar, pizzerie, supermercati, farmacie si trovano nel giro di pochi isolati. A 5 minuti da casa c'è il Parco delle Valli, ottimo per giochi per bambini, passeggiate e jogging (c'è anche una pista d'atletica), dal parco parte una pista ciclabile che arriva fino in centro.

By bike you can easily arrive to two of Rome's best parks: Villa Ada and Villa Borghese. Both of them are reachable by car and by bus. In our area we suggest you visit "città giardino", an neighborhood of small villas from the the beginning of the XX century, recently rediscovered and now full of restaurants and pubs. You can arrive to "città giardino" in a 15 minutes walk.
Dalla nostra casa si può arrivare agevolmente in bici in due tra i più bei parchi di Roma: Villa Ada e Villa Borghese. Entrambi sono raggiungibili anche in macchina e mezzi pubblici. In zona, vi consigliamo di visitare "città giardino", un insediamento di villette di inizio '900, da qualche anno riscoperto e pieno di locali e ristoranti. Ci si arriva anche a piedi in 15 minuti.

This is our first residence, so for us the respect of ours apartment tidiness and cleanliness is extremely important. Since the apartment is inside a building, the neighbors' respect is very important as well, therefor is preferable to avoid making excessive noise after dark.
Questa è la nostra prima abitazione, quindi per noi è molto importante il rispetto dell'ordine e della pulizia della casa. Trattandosi di un appartamento all'interno di un palazzo è altrettanto importante il rispetto nei confronti dei vicini, evitando schiamazzi notturni.
