Our Villa is situated in a safe, residential area and has an interesting history. The house has ben used for photographie shoots and film shooting.
The apartment (150m2) is part of our elegant old manor house, built in 1913 (Jugendstil), where visitors and guests experience the charming atmosphere of the early 20th century combined with modern comfort.
The villa lies on a small slope about 50 meters from the street and is surrounded by a great park like garden 5000m2(private parking place.
Its location in the south part of Vienna offers a very good starting point for sight seeing, excursions and walks into the Vienna Woods.
In the surroundings you can find supermarkets, shopping-center, restaurants, cozy "Heurigen" (typical viennese place for enjoying good wine while dining), a post office and a bank.
