4 bed family home (c.2000 sq. ft.) with south facing back-garden situated between Stillorgan and Dundrum villages. The house is ideally located within 7.5k of Dublin City Centre, the mountains, and the sea. The accommodation is set out over 3 floors and consists of a large kitchen / living room, a separate utility room, a family / play room, 2 bathrooms, 4 double / twin bedrooms, and an office. The house can sleep 8-10 (sofa bed located in family/play room), but is currently set out for 6.

Our house is situated between Dundrum and Stillorgan villages which can be reached on foot and offer a range of restaurants, pubs, shopping and leisure activities including swimming, cinemas, tennis, football etc. There are also a number of golf clubs within 5 miles. Deer Park is located about 10 mins walk away while Seapoint beach in Blackrock, the Dun Laoghaire sailing clubs and the Dublin mountains are all within a 10 min drive. The area is well served by buses and trams to Dublin City Centre which is about 7.5k away and takes about 20 mins

O'Dwyers pub which also houses a chinese restaurant is situated approx 200m from the house, and there is a convenience store and deli located there also. The house is a 10min walk to Stillorgan Shopping Centre which has butchers, bakers, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, cinema etc and a 25 minute walk from Dundrum Town Centre, Ireland's largest Shopping Mall, which houses a range of restaurants, cinemas, theatre, and some of Europe's leading retailers. Other attractions in the area include several golf courses, Leopardstown racecourse, Ticknock Mountain Biking, and Marlay Park, (a large walled park with forest, lakes, which hosts international rock concerts, has an artisan food market and is the start point to the Wicklow Way walking trail).
