We had an amazing stay at your modern and spacious home. And the warm welcome from neighbors and family was appreciated! Great countryside walks with local village a quick drive away plus easy access to Sligo and the pub scene was great. Especially enjoyed Castle Dargen golf course about 20 minutes away - an under recognized gem of a course (reasonably priced, country club feel, and challenging). Hi Kathy and Colm We enjoyed every part of the exchange. The setting of your home provided many a peaceful evening sitting on the front steps, sipping wine and enjoying the view. We enjoyed the local country side, being close to Glencar and Lough Gill. As you know we visited many of the local golf courses: County Sligo, Strandhill, Donegal, Enniscrone and others. Each one was great fun. We enjoyed the opportunity to ventured out on overnight trips south to Galway and north to Dunfanaghy, and to enjoy the country side along the way. The house was completely comfortable and convenient, and the rural setting was spectacular. Plus, we enjoyed the idea of your two young girls doing things in our home that we often do with our grandchildren. If you're ever back in Vancouver we would love the chance to meet in person. The house is just incredible awesome and it has been far above our expectations. Home exchange has been an incredible experience . In this case the house is very nice, modern and clean, House with lots of space inside and out. Rural area (Sligo / Leitrim ) very quiet, with great views lended to a relaxing . County have loved us , Many areas of hiking, horseback riding, play golf ... amazing !! We have known the family and has been a pleasure to have as hosts.
