We had a wonderful few days at the Clune Home. Everything was as described, a luxurious large home and we felt like we could have been in a hotel, the beds were so comfortable. The setting near Sheen falls Hotel is stunning and it was an added bonus to have access to the pool. Susan was great to deal with. Kenmare is a gem of a place to visit, vibrant, music in the park, lovely restaruants and we did a day trip to Garnish Island. We didn't want to leave. Thanks to Susan, Daragh and boys.

Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir échangé avec Susan, Daragh et leurs 2 garçons.Tout était parfait, leur maison est superbe,très confortable et agréable à vivre dans un cadre magnifique et à proximité d'un très beau complexe hôtelier dont on peut utiliser certains services. Le village de Kenmare est adorable et dispose de commerçants très bien achalandés et de pubs sympathiques. Le Kerry est une très belle région qui permet d'effectuer de très belles excursions dans une nature très variée et préservée. L'Irlande est un pays très attachant et les Irlandais sont adorables!

We live in Dublin and this house is our holiday home and so we can consider non simultaneous exchanges too.
Large family house in private gated estate on the grounds of Sheen Falls Lodge, a 5 star hotel, recently voted no.6 best Hotel in Ireland by 2021 US news and World report (www.sheenfallslodge.ie) . Guests have the use of all hotel facilities inc pool, tennis, fishing, spa. Fully equipped home away from home with all mod cons. Kenmare is a vibrant small
town, famous for it's many restaurants and bars. Ideal base for exploring the Kerry and West Cork area and the Wild Atlantic Way.
Exchange in July and August is not possible I’m afraid. The house is very well equipped with everything you would need for a wonderful holiday in Ireland. There are 3 en suite rooms upstairs, 2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds. Downstairs there is 1 double room with en suite bathroom. The kitchen/dining area is large with access to the patio. There is also a cosy yet spacious living room with an open fire and access to the patio and garden. Open to offers for exchange throughout the year for simultaneous or non simultaneous. We have a preference for homes with outdoor space in the summertime as opposed to apartments which we are less interested in.

Kenmare is a vibrant, friendly, and picturesque small town with plenty of
great restaurants, cafes, bars and lovely shops. There is lots to do in the vicinity and there is easy access to the delights of west Cork and the Kerry countryside. The house offers easy access to the Ring of Kerry and the Beara peninsula, both outstanding areas of natural beauty. Our house is in a private estate a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. As a guest in our house you can use the pool at the hotel as well as use bicycles if available and book the outdoor tennis court. The house has a file packed with information on things to do and various Day Trips in and around the area. There is a tourist office in the town and they are great for helpful suggestions and
ideas of things to do and see.

Kenmare town centre is roughly a 25 minute walk from the house or less than 5 minutes in the car. There are walks around the house and a little further afield you can get access to the ring of Kerry and the Beara Way for hiking, walking and cycling. The hotel is a short 2/3 minute walk away where you can swim, play tennis, rent bikes, go horse riding, have a meal or a drink (Beautiful outdoor terrace if the sun shines!).

The exchange includes the final
cleaning of the House after you leave.
We also ask for our exchange that you will be responsible for cleaning of your home after our departure.
As we rent the house out also, we have limited availability in July and not at all in August. June and September are great months to visit as will be less busy (and weather is often better!)
