From our house it's a short walk to the beautiful located restaurants 'Stroom' and 'Zijdewinde', where you can enjoy nice food and drinks. In front of our home the dike gives you direct access to the surrounding nature. Go for a cycling or kickbike (both available for your use) trip or stroll around the banks of the river. 'Landerij de Park' in nearby Elst is a farmhouse with lots of animals and a nice playground for children. In Slijk-Ewijk you find a delightful swimming pond and beach called 'Zanzibar', with an adventure island for children. In the attractive centre of Nijmegen we recommend a city walk throughout the ancient city and a cold drink at the 'Koningsplein'.
