Our house is a terraced house in a modern child-friendly neighborhood in the south of Harderwijk. It is an attractive house in 30s style and a quiet car-sheltered street. It is not mega-large but very cozy and fully equipped. There is a modern kitchen (2019), with a combi oven and a dishwasher. In the attic there is a washing machine and a dryer. Guests are allowed to use this. As well as our bikes. We have two modern transport bikes on offer. Upstairs are three bedrooms and there is a large open attic space. The bathroom is simple but fine, with a lovely shower, toilet and sink.

We find it very nice to live here. The house is modern, but very attractive and is located in a quiet, child-friendly neighborhood in Zuid-Harderwijk. We have a spacious garden on the West, which means that we can enjoy the sun on the lounge sofa until the evening. From our house you cycle in 10 minutes via a beautiful route to the city center of Harderwijk, but you are also in the woods in no time, or at the Veluwemeer. You can swim anywhere in the area. For children, the district is a paradise. Play areas everywhere and the streets are car-free. The shopping center with a large Jumbo, an Etos, bakery and a Hema is within walking distance. Also within walking / cycling distance is the Crescent Park. A recently created park on the edge of the district with swimming water, sunbathing areas, playground equipment and a pumptrack track. A wonderful place for children.

As mentioned, the city center of Harderwijk is ten minutes by bike. A beautiful old fortified town, where there is plenty to do. Cozy shops, terraces, two beautiful museums and a city beach with accompanying trendy beach bar.
The surroundings are beautiful. All around Harderwijk is forest and heathland and a beautiful large sand drift. 'You can cycle and walk to your heart's content.
The water is also everywhere. Harderwijk is located on the Veluwemeer which means that you can swim and sunbathe in many places. If you cycle from our house towards the city you will pass all small beaches where you can chill by the water.
