We are a married couple with a familyhome for our own children and children who can´t stay at their parenthome. The oldest of the children is 15 and the youngest is a baby. Sometimes we search a holiday-house for all of us, sometimes only for us and the baby to have some quiet moments for ourselves.
We like to move, walking, cycle, SUP and all other sorts of sport.

A big renovated old cottage with a lot of space, inside and outside. We have many sleepingrooms for families with children and a nice garden to play. But our house is also nice for people who like quietness and nature. Its perfectly situated to walk or cycle in the nice landscapes of Groningen and Drenthe. Nearest small city is Stadskanaal. The interesting and beautifull city Groningen is in 30 km distance.

Our neighbourhood ist quiet and landly. Nearby there is a nice lake to swim, walk, cycle or moutainbike. Stadskanaal is at 5 km distance for the supermarket, cinema or theater. The pitoresque village Gieten is also nearby for some shoppings. The big old university city Groningen (30 km) has a beautiful historical centre, but also modern musea and architecture.
Drenthe is perfect for cycling and walking.
