We offer both our spacious holiday apartment sleeping 5 in our house in the beautiful Harz Mountains and/or our cozy mobile home only a few steps from the Baltic See coast (Ostsee) for exchange. We offer our homes each available date.

Our first home in Zorge /Lower Saxony offers a beautiful view over the South Harz Mountains. This is a real good place to spend your holidays all year, in summer, fall or winter - numerous things to see and do, like museums and lots of historical half-timbered buildings, nature and more. Our roomy holiday apartment in Harz (approx. 90 m2) offers 3 bedrooms, living/dining-rooms with woodstove, one large bathroom with shower and tub, fully equipped modern kitchen, separate entrance, fantastically calm situation directly at the forest. Our large garden can be used by you as well as by your dog! Well educated dogs are also welcome at our place!
For Whisky Lovers: we are only a few minutes from the manufacture of the famous German single malt "Glen Els". We are located right in the center of Germany - (Hannover= 1,5 h, Berlin = 3 h, Leipzig = 2 h, Cologne 3,5 h, Munich 5 h).

Our Beach house - sleeping 4 / 2 adults and 2 children - is close to Denmark and to the cities of Northern Germany (Hamburg = 1,5 h, Lubeck = 45 min) There you find a small but fully equipped mobile home with 2 small bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, a well equipped kitchen and a large and cozy living room with flatscreen TV. Your are about 100 m away from the white natural beach of the Baltic sea.

I am Birgit (born 1966) and maybe a friend. I love exploring the nature and good food. I am an experienced traveller and also had a couple of home exchanges before to the US and Canada as well as parts of Europe. I am a pet lover -a dog and a cat share our home, but our dog will be boarded and our neighbours care for the outside cat if you woud not like to do.
