We are a retired couple. My husband Ian is Scottish, he has been living in France for almost 40 years.
Ian was an English teacher and I worked for a shipping company.
We love travelling to discover other countries and cultures and we are open to receiving offers in
Any foreign countries but also French destinations.
We are delighted to propose our house situated in a great region for its quality of life and for tourism

Our house is a 3 bedroom villa with enclosed garden and covered BBQ area located in Saint Cannat 12 km from Aix en Provence.
The location is ideal to visit the beautiful Provence region : Aix en Provence, Marseilles, Luberon, Camargue and Côte d'Azur.
The house is south facing, very bright. It is furnished in a modern style with air conditioning
in all the rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and opens onto the dining area.
There are 3 double beds (including 1 fold-away wall bed) and cupboards.
The bathroom (shower and bath) and toilet are separate.
