Welcome to our beautiful apartment, on the doorstep of Paris! We are located in Saint-Mandé, a five minute walk to Paris and five minute walk to the Bois de Vincennes.
The apartment has just been renovated with all new furniture- we are very house proud!
There are two bedrooms with double beds. One of these is our bedroom, and one is a comfortable guest room.
There is a large kitchen with an oven, stovetop, washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher. It looks over a shared living/dining room.
There’s one bathroom with a small bathtub/shower and a separate toilet.
There’s a shared garden with a washing line and some tables and chairs.
There’s gas heating in every room.
We live in a very quiet street.

This is our first time house-swapping, so we’re very cautious - we are absolute cleaning maniacs, so please know that we will look after your home perfectly!
