We are an international family with 3 children, living in Paris for almost 25 years. My husband is french/albanian and I am german. We speak 3 languages at home and love to discover new (or not so new) places and cultures. We also love theater, good restaurants, gardening (we do have a tiny garden which we would trust you with) or simply passing a nice evening with friends.

Our appartement is situated on the ground floor of a city residence with a shared garden, including a playground for (smaller) children. It is a very quite and family friendly environment.

Our neighborhood is a nice compromise between city live and relaxation. A lot of families live in our area, so you will find parks (square Rene Legall + Parc Montsouris) and many bio-shopping facilities, all at walking distance (boulangeries, butcher, local fruit/vegetable store, supermarket bio and regular, …). Two major shopping centers/ streets are at 10 minutes walking distance : Centre Italy 2 and Avenue du General Leclerc.

There are many different restaurants just around the corner: French brasserie, Japanese, Italian, oriental, Indian…
Market is on tuesdays, wednesdays, fridays, saturdays and sundays.
Metro line 6 is just in front and will bring you to the Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysées/ Arc de Triomphe. Quartier Latin / Jardin de Luxembourg is accessible by train and bus or walking distance ~25 minutes, as well as the Pantheon, rue Mouffetard, la Butte aux Cailles or the Catacombes (both 10 min walk).

We would appreciate to find our house as we leave it and we will do the same with yours. Our children are respectful with other children’s toys and if you travel with children we would be happy if yours would do the same. We do have some (not many) flowers and would be glad if you could water them.
