Our apartment is fully equipped with washer dryer dishwasher microwave etc fiber Wifi, all prime TV channels : Netflix Prime Canal Disney Plus Canal + Apple TV (CNN, BBC etc). There is a large living room and a separate dining room and a large kitchen with everything. We have also on the courtyard side a small balcony where one can sit for a drink or a smoke overlooking a large magnolia tree. The street is very quiet as only those who actually live in it drive by. The largest park in Paris is only a couple of minutes away as you can see on the map. There is also a public swimming pool and tennis courts a few minutes away.
The apartment is luminous and comfortable
1 master bedroom with a very comfortable bed king-size 180 x 200 in a premium mattress, 2 BR with a single bed each bought in July 2021, one convertible couch with a 160 Queen mattress.
Our street is very quiet, sunny, and our apartment very comfortable.
If needed there is access to a secure reserved parking spot inside the building.
We could also consider loaning our car if you want to take a day trip to Versailles or outside Paris.
