This apartment is the place where I live for 30 years. All my belongings are staying there, so it is very important to understand that is not an empty place and that you might be respectful to everything you will find. Among other things, I have plenty of books that you can read and flip through if you take care and replace them.
Children are welcome (I have myself a grandson) but there are 2 balconies and stairs that might be used with care, and 2 ladders in the bedroom downstairs that are NOT for use!
Smoking is permitted on the balcony but not inside the apartment.
I am allergic to animal hair, so please don't bring them with you.
I have some also some plants and would be gratefull, if you can take care of them.
