Our flat is located in the heart of the famous Quartier Latin. It's between le Jardin des Plantes and les Arènes de Lutèce, close to La Seine et Notre-Dame.
Neighborood's streets are alive, with bars, restaurants, cinemas, museums, shops.
Still, as the windows are not on the street (rue Lacépède), the flat is very quiet.
Three persons can stand there. Our flat has a living-room and a room. 42 square meters.
We are interested for exchanges (possibly non simultanuous) in any season.

Historicaly, it's the neigborood of students : la Sorbonne is beside, and the most famous french lycée are there.
It's the quartier of editors too, there are o lot of libraries.
More generally, cutural offer is wide : with the subway, you're can go to le Louvre or le Musée d'Orsay quickly.
