Sunny and quiet apartment, in a trendy area near Canal Saint Martin, at 15-30 min walk from historical centre (Marais/Beaubourg/Hotel de Ville), with excellent public transport connections to anywhere in Paris (metro Republique).

Our 85sqm apartment has three bedrooms, a spacious living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, shower, two toilets and a small storage room. Beds in children's rooms are 160cm and 200cm long. There is also a futon-sofa that can be converted to a spare bed.

We love our neighborhood, with walks along the canal, picnics in the garden of the ancient St Louis hospital, lively restaurants and international worldly atmosphere. During the weekend we often walk to the Marais or Buttes Chaumont park (20min), take the bus to Louvre or Montmartre (30min), or to the Rive Gauche (30min by metro).
