Homexchangers since 2012, our home is located in Central Paris, Left Bank, 15eme arrondissement.
It is a beautiful 100 m2 apartment in an old building in Art Deco style. It is on the 3rd floor, with lift.
It is quiet, sunny and without vis-à-vis, overlooking gardens: a real treat!
It is very comfortable: three rooms (1 bed 160 x 200 ans 2 beds 90 x 200) - a kitchen where you can have meals overlooking the dining room - an adjoining sitting room with fireplace (prohibited fires) and sofa with two extra beds - a bathroom and a shower room.

The district is calm and lively as well : we live in a small street but there are all around all shops and facilities. The 15th arrondissement is a familial district so quiet and secure.

Metro "Porte de Versailles" at 7 minutes by foot
Bus 39 and 80 (direction Paris Centre et Montmartre) at 3 minutes by foot.
Tramway (direction Porte de Vincennes et Le Défense) at 7 minutes by foot.

Our children are happy, full of life, curious and rather well behaved. They are quite calm, love to draw and read, play board games, Playmobil and Lego. They learn the music (flûte), kendo, judo, theatre.
