The house has 3 large bedrooms with double beds and 2 other bedrooms with single beds.
You can enjoy the garden, the plancha, the barbecue!
Depending on the season, you can pick and taste the fruits and vegetables from the garden.

A restaurant and a pizzeria are 30 m from the house. All the shops (including a large shopping center) are located 5 km away in Pont de Chéruy.

The village is 34 km from the center of Lyon & 1 hour from the Alps by car.
Located less than 10 km from the A6 motorway (Paris - Lyon), the village is very easily accessible.
The main motorways leading to the Alps (A42 and A43), to Marseille la Méditerranée (A7) and to Paris (A6) are less than 10 km away. Lyon airport and the train (TGV) are 15 min.

A welcome booklet is at your disposal: it informs you about all the material aspects related to the house, and suggests places to visit and hikes.

La maison de 240 m² a deux étages avec terrasse, grand jardin arboré et garage, au centre d'un village, très calme.
Elle dispose de 3 grandes chambres avec lits 2 places et 2 autres chambres avec lits 1 place.
Vous pourrez profiter du jardin, de la plancha, du barbecue !
En fonction de la saison, vous pourrez ramasser et déguster les fruits et légumes du jardin.

Un restaurant et une pizzeria sont à 30 m de la maison. Tous les commerces (dont un grand centre commercial) sont situés à 5 km à Pont de Chéruy.

Le village est à 34 km du centre de Lyon & à 1h des Alpes en voiture.
Situé à moins de 10 km de l'autoroute A6 (Paris - Lyon), le village est très facilement accessible.

Our house is located in a quiet residential village.
A restaurant and a pizzeria are 30 m from the house. All shops (including a large shopping center) are located 5 km away in Pont-de-Chéruy.

The village is 34 km from the center of Lyon & 1 hour from the Alps by car.
Located less than 10 km from the A6 motorway (Paris - Lyon), the village is very easily accessible.
The main motorways leading to the Alps (A42 and A43), to Marseille and the Mediterranean coast (A7) and to Paris (A6) are less than 10 km away. Lyon airport and the train (TGV) are 15 min.

The city of Lyon was founded by the Romans more than 2000 years ago. It preserves vestiges of it on the hills which surround it, and on the banks of the 2 rivers which cross it. It is the 2nd largest city in France, with nearly 2 million inhabitants.
Its history has been enriched over the centuries, so Lyon is now classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can therefore make many visits to tourist and cultural sites.

La ville de Lyon a été fondée par les Romains il y a plus de 2000 ans. Elle en conserve des vestiges sur les collines qui l'entourent, et sur les berges des 2 fleuves qui la traversent. C'est la 2eme ville de France, avec près de 2 millions d'habitants.
Son histoire s'est enrichie au fil des siècles, aussi Lyon est désormais classée au patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco. On peut donc y faire de nombreuses visites de sites touristiques et culturels.

We recommend that you visit the districts of old Lyon, Croix-Rousse and the peninsula in Lyon. The hill of Fourvière offers a magnificent panorama over the whole city. Children appreciate the calm of the Tête d'Or park and its zoo in the city centre. Lyon is of course home to many museums.
Lyon is also the French capital of gastronomy with its great traditional restaurants and its typical restaurants "Les Bouchons Lyonnais".
One hour by car from the house, during the day you can hike at altitude on the first peaks of the Alps, swim in a mountain lake, visit medieval villages, practice many sports activities.
The first golf course is 6 km away.
The region is an ideal starting point for day trips to the heart of the Alps (Annecy, Chamonix Mont Blanc), Auvergne (volcanoes), Provence (Avignon, Marseille, Aix en Provence), ...and even in Switzerland (Geneva).

Nous vous recommandons à Lyon la visite des quartiers du vieux Lyon, de Croix-Rousse et de la presqu'île. La colline de Fourvière offre un magnifique panorama sur toute la ville. Les enfants apprécient le calme du parc de la Tête d'Or et son zoo en plein centre-ville. Lyon recèle bien sûr de nombreux musées.
Lyon est aussi la capitale française de la gastronomie avec ses grands restaurants traditionnels et ses restaurants typiques "les bouchons lyonnais".
A une heure en voiture de la maison, vous pouvez dans la journée randonner en altitude sur les premiers sommets des Alpes, vous baigner dans un lac de montagne, visiter des villages médiévaux, pratiquer de nombreuses activités sportives.
Le premier golf est à 6 km
La région constitue une base de départ idéale pour des excursions d'une journée au cœur des Alpes (Annecy, Chamonix Mont Blanc), en Auvergne (volcans), en Provence (Avignon, Marseille, Aix en Provence), ...et même en Suisse (Genève).
