The apartment is spacious and suitable for a family or group of people. It has 3 bedrooms (including a kids room), a comfortable living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet. As an added bonus, a private garden of 100m2 with west exposure is available to enjoy fresh air and sunny days.
Our lovely apartment is ideally located in a close quiet suburb only 15 minutes away by metro from Paris city centre.
A 2-minute walk to the metro station will allow you to access the City of Light (line 8- stop "Charenton-Ecoles") taking you through the reference points of Paris.
Paris Disneyland is also a 20 minute drive.


L'appartement est bien agencé et comporte un espace jour et un espace nuit.
Il dispose de 3 chambres (donc une avec lit simple pour enfant), d'un salon-séjour, d'une cuisine équipée, d'une buanderie avec machine à laver/séchoir d'une salle de bain avec baignoire et d'un toilette séparé.
Un jardin privatif de 100m2 nous permet de profiter des rayons de soleil au calme. Exposition ouest.
A 2 mns à pieds du métro ligne 8 (arrêt "Charenton-Ecoles"), notre appartement familial se situe dans une commune très calme à seulement 15 mn en métro de Bastille/centre de Paris.
20 mns en voiture de Disneyland.
