Beautiful House from 1950, near the beautiful and wild river "La Loire", close to the Chateaux of the Valley of kings
(Amboise, Clos Luce - Leonardo de Vinci, Chambord, Chenonceau, Cheverny, Sully sur Loire....). Paris is just 1hour from our home (with train) and 1h20 min with a car. the house have a garden, a vegetable garden too... urrounded by gardens, it's the countryside in the city. By walk or bike we are just 15-20 min from the old center of Orleans. Old city with a cathedral, the Johan of Arc house and all the kings Cattle (Famous Loire Valley). We have a new kitchen with everything you need, living room, dining room, a guest room with a private bathroom and on the first floor, we have 3 bedrooms (2 children's bedroom and the parent's bedroom) and second bathroom.
