Cozy house with beautiful views of the mountains, located in the little village of Theys (alt. 900 meters) with a wonderful view on the Alps mountains. The environment is quiet and in the middle of the nature.
The house has three floors and a garden with 800 m2 :
- In the RDC, the laundry;
- In the 1st floor, the lounge, the kitchen, the dining room, one room and the bathroom;
- In the 2nd floor, 2 big rooms, TV espace and the balcony with a view of the mountain of Belledonne.

Nearby, there are many possible activities. In winter: skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snow kite in winter with several ski resorts within 30 km. In summer: hiking, cycling, horse riding, climbing, tree climbing, paragliding, gliding, sailing, kayaking, rowing, water skiing, fishing, rafting, canyoning, caving, swimming, golf, bungee jumping, archery arc ...
Chamonix and Mont Blanc are 1h30 car. We are surrounded by national and regional parks: Chartreuse, Vercors, Trièves, Ecrins, Bauges, Tarentaise ...
The cities of Grenoble, Chambéry, Annecy, Lyon offer several cultural activities.
