Our semi-detached house is located in a very quiet neighborhood in a private street, 5 mn walk from the village center with all shops and its attractive Saturday morning market. It is a 120 m² house including a new wooden extension and solar panels. It takes 30 mn to go to Montpellier city center (, 8 km, 10mn drive, stop at park and ride and 20mn tramway), 30 mn drive to reach the Cevennes (Unesco heritage site), 30 mn drive from the sandy beaches. It takes 1h to go and visit the Camargue, the Pont du Gard (Unesco heritage), and less to visit all lovely villages and wine producers around here.
The house includes a master bedroom (160x200 bed), a single bedroom, two bathrooms, two WC (one separated), a double living room including a sofa (possible 160 x200 bed), a kitchen, a working room (teaching requires a lot of home work !)and a utility room. Our mediterranean garden is both sunny and shaded with mature trees and two terraces. The house can be kept nicely cool in summer. Two private car parks are available.
