We offer large principal rooms on one floor, all with water views, ensuite laundry, heat, air conditioning, underground parking with car wash and a state of the art gym. Our 2nd bedroom is set up as a television room with Fibre Optic connection to high speed internet (wifi) and 100+ TV channels and 30+ Radio stations.
We have a cozy outdoor space to enjoy along with a large outdoor area designated for tenants only. For your peace of mind, the building is well secured with key fob locks and a remote for underground parking which includes a car wash area. Elevator access from the garage to our first floor apartment.
