We were treated to a delicious cream tea, which was a lovely touch. The house itself was very comfortable and inviting, ensuring a relaxing stay.
They provided us with a comprehensive house information book that made settling in a breeze. Additionally, their collection of walking guides and local information proved invaluable in exploring the stunning surroundings.
The cats Mowgli and Bella added so much joy and companionship. We really enjoyed the wonderful garden too.
We’d recommend the museum in Truro - and its café is good for lunch. St Ives is lovely, but heed the advice about driving/parking and consider the train or bus instead. The Eden Project is fab and well worth a visit. We really liked Mousehole too. We walked there from Penzance along the coast, then back inland via Paul. There are tons more things to do in Cornwall. You could easily spend a couple of years exploring. Thanks to David and Catherine for the opportunity to sample just some of Cornwall’s delights.
