House in Schaerbeek, dynamic but quiet quarter in Inner-Brussels. Ground floor with big dining-kitchen, extra dining/music-room with E-Piano, toilet, roofed terrace, barbeque, garden with fish-pond. First floor with master-bedroom, big living room, bathroom, toilet. Second floor with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet. Wooden staircase from 1930s with stained-glass roof-window. Ample storage in the basement.

Residental area. Very well connected by public transport to all sights of Brussels. Easy to reach from Airport, train-stations, motorway. Nice Cafés, Restaurants, Supermarket nearby. Next to beautiful, big Parc Josaphat with lawns, trees, ponds, a creek and a well, animals (Donkeys, chicken, horses), Café, playgrounds for children, Mini-Golf and facilities for Boule/Petanque. Neighbourhood with beautiful historical houses, partly Art Nouveau.

To relax or play outdoors there is the beautiful Parc Josaphat just down the road. You can also find a Mini-Golf, Playgrounds and Petanque-Courts there. Strolling throught the neighbourhood you will find nice cafes and you can admire Brussels Architecture with many houses in Art Nouveau Style. Short tram-rides will take you to the Atomium or Downtown.
