We are two daughters (14 and 17). We like to travel and discover new places. we have mini-horses and a dog for who we can seek a solution if that is a problem. The cat always stay's home.

Semtimiz ve çevremiz hakkinda
We live in the center of Belgium. About 45km from Brussels, 45km from Liege. Maastricht, Antwerp are 1h drive, Ghent 1.30h drive and Bruges 1.45h drive. A lot of cultural and historical citys are in reach. Hakendover is a small village that is part of Tienen. Very nice to bike. The busstop is 100m of our house. In Tienen (5km) you can take the train to most of the big city's in Belgium. the area is good for biking and walking.
We live in a region that is famous for his fruittrees. Beautiful for biking. In Zoutleeuw you can visit the natural reserve 'het Vinne' . 7 km from the house we have the castle of Helecine with a very nice playground and mini-golfcourse.

In the pictures you can see some of the interesting sites to visit. We like to cycle to the castel of Helecine (7km) or the natural reserve het Vinne (14km). Both are free to enter and nice to visit with kids. Leuven is a very lovely city (15min drive) whit a lot of activities, historical buildings and very good restaurants (improvisio, New mexico,...). You can enjoy al foods of the world. We also have a lote of themepark (bobbejaanland, walibi, efteling,...) in max 1.5hour drive.
A day to the northsea coast is about 1.45 driving or 2 hours by train. there is a direct trainconnection during the summer.
