We had a great time in Geel. The children loved to play with the many toys, and play outside. The house is very comfortable, spacious and very well equiped. We enjoyed cooking together with the kids. We visited Bobbejaanland, and the Belse Bos, went to the local swimming pool, which was surprisingly nice, and we discovered the area on bike. Thanks also for the very delicious welcome gift and for taking good care of our home!

We had a lovely home exchange last summer, so PROPOSALS FOR all holidays in 2021 ARE WELCOME!

We are a family of six people. Me, my wife and four lovely children. Three girls and a boy.

Our house is located 5 min. from the city center with restaurants, cafés, bakeries, parks, galleries, library, swimming pool in -and out side, lots of sports, supermarkets and lots of other things.
We have six bedrooms with beds for ten people.

The house ( about 350 square meter) is suitable for families with children and teenagers. Lots of toys and games ( Wii and x-boxe), also there is Netflix on tv.
Also there is a nice big garden (2500 square meter) with a trampoline, a sandbox, a playhouse and a swimming pool.
We have a lot of different bikes one for each of you.

In our neighbourhood you can do beautiful bike rides besides the Channel, or take a walk in the woods.
When people come to are home they love to go to the “Zilvermeer”, it is a lake with a beautiful sandy beach and a lot of things for playing.
There is also Bobbejaanland an attraction park, 10minutes away, and a Zoo thats called Olemse zoo on a 20minutes drive.
You can also playing golf, 20minutes.
The capital Bruxelles 50 minutes
Big cities Antwerp and Hasselt 30 minutes
Nordsee beaches 1hour drive
The Netherlands and Germany are close.

Wij wonen in een rustige, doodlopende straat. Deze is wel nabij het centrum, de winkels, markt, cinema, bibliotheek, ... zijn bereikbaar met de fiets. Hier in de kempen is vanalles iets, bossen, meren, heel veel wandel en fietsmogelijkheden.
