The appartment is located in the very centre of Vienna in the historical old town of the first district. The building once consisted of three separate houses in medieval times. In the late 18th century these houses were united and extended with beautiful baroque elements. Whereas the building itself didn't change much since then, our appartment in the top floor (4th) has recently been renovated. Therefore it meets all standards of a modern flat.

General Information:
The bright and very quiet appartment has a size of about 70 square meters and consists of one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom, and an entry area. It is located in the 4th floor and only accessible through a beautiful staircase. Due to it's historical status and it's architecture this part of the building cannot be accessed by elevator!

The rooms:
- Bedroom: Since the bed room is quiet big it is more than just a bed room. Besides a comfortable double bed and a big wardrobe there are also two desks with 24" displays. In front of the big windows there is a cozy lounge with two original art deco arm chairs.
- Living room: Here we have a big dining table for up to six people aswell as two sofas and a modern flat screen TV with gaming console.
- Kitchen: The kitchen offers you everything need: fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffe machine etc.
- Bath room: Here you can find a shower, a toilet, a sink and a raditor for yout towls.
- Entry area: In the entry area you can find a custom made wardrobe and another lounge.

Some extras:
- The windows in the bedroom are in the east whereas the windows in the living room are located in the south
- Although the appartment is located in the very centre of the city, you can't hear any noise from the streets – even with the windows open!
- We carefully decorated the apparment with some designer items and pieces of antique furniture.
