Telfs is a small town (~15000) in midst of the Alps with all shopping you need within a 15 minute walking distance. You can start your hiking or mountain biking tour directly from the appartment or take the car to go a bit closer to the mountains. Innsbruck is about 20 Min by car or 40 min by public transport. Other popular places in Tyrol like Seefeld, Ötztal, Stubaital are within a 30-60 Min drive.

We expect everybody to take care of our apartment as if it were his/her own. Things can brake, which isn't a problem. Depending on the item we expect it to be replaced/payed for. Nighttime peace in the building is from 22:00 to 7:00.
