This delightful 2 storey house consists of a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge room, separate TV room 3 upstairs bedrooms + large study (1 king size bed, 2 king singles), bathroom, (+ second shower and second toilet). It has all the modern conveniences: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, heating, TV and WIFI broadband network (40Mbps). We have beautiful water views, a small garden and large entertaining deck.

Our sunny home is located in a quiet street in the beautiful leafy suburb of Taroona with access to local beaches and views of the River Derwent. Close by, enjoy walking along the waterfront, swimming at the local beaches or hiking up a local forest conservation reserve to the top of Mt Nelson with breathtaking views of Southern Tasmania.

Tasmania's capital city of Hobart is a short drive (8.6km), (or convenient bus ride or cycle via Sandy Bay with beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, shops and cafes en route). Head south to southern beach townships of Kingston Beach and Blackmans Bay.
The world-famous Salamanca Market is just 15 minutes away and the Museum of Old and Modern Art (MONA) is a short 30 minute drive. Our home is the ideal base from which to explore Tasmania's natural wilderness and the beautiful city of Hobart. '
