We are now excited to be able to explore great destinations again. A retired couple, we move between our Sydney apartment and our oceanfront home, making this downstairs apartment available at least one week a month. We are very active in the local community and enjoy family, volunteering, travel, playing the piano for singers, the arts, aqua and swimming in the ocean and at our new Bay Pavilions' great indoor pool. We may offer hospitality in our Sydney apartment opposite the Opera House.

We had the privilege of staying both in Julie and Charles apartment in Kirribilli and in their beachside property in Bateman's Bay. Both were in exceptional locations, the first with a view of the opera house and the second opening on to a beautiful beach. Their homes are equipped to a real high standard which made our stay very comfortable. They were also excellent communicators and very flexible which made planning the holiday really easy, even with quite short notice. Couldn't be bettered.

Beautiful, spacious oceanfront two bedroom apartment on ground floor with panoramic views overlooking the beach.

On Denhams, 7 km south of Batemans Bay, showcases one of the most beautiful beaches on the south coast of NSW. Batemans Bay is a pretty coastal town bordered by the Clyde River and surrounded by beautiful National Parks 2 hours drive from Canberra and 4 hours south of Sydney.

King bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom with two singles or another king bed, main bathroom, living area overlooks the ocean. A large Samsung wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, outside patio with setting, air conditioning, wifi, off street parking and keyless entry.

We also have a one bedroom apartment upstairs. www.ondenhams.com.au, and may offer hospitality in our Sydney apartment which is across the harbour from Sydney Opera House and has a view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. This apartment has 3 bedrooms and is located in a position to offer the freedom to enjoy Sydney.

The smell of the ocean - The sound of waves breaking - the feel of sand between your toes - There's nothing quite like the beach! Swim, walk the beaches and national parks, read, sleep in, explore the south coast by car or bicycle, eat... relax! No driving to the beach, no carrying bags - just a towel and sunglasses and in 10 seconds you are in the surf.

Denhams Beach is one of three adjacent beaches heading south where dolphins often play. Recognised as a safe surfing beach, the next beach is Surf Beach which is patrolled in summer. There is a small shopping centre at Surf Beach for the morning paper or general supplies The third beach is Wimbie Beach which leads to bushwalks to the point and through the National Park to the private treed haven of Lilli Pilli.

Batemans Bay has a small thriving shopping centre which manages to combine the modern plaza with buildings which reflect the town as it was many years ago. Visitors can explore with a scenic river cruise, a visit to the historical mining village of Mogo and to Mogo Zoo and Birdland in Batemans Bay. There are a number of good restaurants and pretty drives south to Moruya, Narooma, Tilba and north to Ulladulla and Milton. There are golf courses, mini golf and lots of outdoor activities.
