We have been members since 2012 and have enjoyed 5 great Home/Car Swaps (near Ottawa - Canada 4 weeks 2013, Vancouver - Canada 4 weeks 2015 , Sunshine Coast - Australia 2017, North Is NZ 2017 - non-simultaneous, Maleny, Sunshine Coast - Aust 2018 ). We have a 6th organised in Dublin - Ireland Exchange for July 2019 - non simultaneous).
We are very experienced international travellers (holidays and work).
We will promptly reply to all inquiries.
There maybe be opportunities for a non-simultaneous swap - we will normally be away during January each year and could also consider other times/requests of 2+ weeks.
Our home maybe available for June/July 2019 for a non-simultaneous swap.

We are fortunate to own/offer our 2 BR apart. in a treasured part of East Melb (it is 25 yrs old, kitchen/living recently renovated). The reno includes new Kitchen with Bora Induction cooking etc, under-tile heating to living/dining areas & bathroom, smart TV, Foxtel, cable free WIFI throughout, SONOS sound system [Play bar + 4 speakers]. Use of a private outdoor heated pool plus spa (all year) & very well equipped Gym.
Despite close proximity to many Melb icons our home is extremely quiet & peaceful. Our ground-floor apartment is 92m2 + a 22m2 very private sheltered North (sunshine) facing terrace.
Our apart/terrace joins/overlooks a large internal 500m2 very private courtyard.
East Melb is a prized predominantly residential area adjacent to great Gardens, Parklands, Sports Precinct and Medical services.
The following icons are within a short easy walk or part of Melb's Tram Network: Federation Sq (1.1 kms), Melb Cricket Ground (0.5 km), Fitzroy and Botanical Gardens, War Memorial, Yarra River walk/bike-paths (2.0 kms), Tennis Centre (1.1kms), Museums (2.0kms), Art Centre and Entertainment complex (1.5 kms) etc. Bike-path at front door then access to Main Yarra Trail and 100s of kms of great Bike Paths (Rural, Docklands, City, Bay and Beaches etc).
The Melb FREE TRAM Zone (no Cards required) is an 250m easy walk [Tram Stop 8]
There is a great Mini Supermarket (incl. good meat, fruit & veg) a 500m easy walk [84 Flinders St]
