We love travelling and particularly enjoy house swaps so that you can become involved in the local area. We like to be independent, enjoy good food and wine;we visit museums and art galleries and other exhibitions; live music is also a favourite.

HomeLink Gold member (more than 14 successful exchanges). We now live in an apartment which is closer to the sea and offers a wide range of activities, which we love.
We live on Australia's Holiday Coast with the best climate.
Our apartment is in a great location. A wide balcony overlooks the creek and bush land and is very spacious.
It is an easy walk to local cafes and restaurants and the beach. Coffs Harbour has a number of beaches for swimming - as well as surfing, snorkelling and fishing.
Our apartment is open plan in kitchen and living areas which flow though to an extensive balcony. We have a main bedroom with en-suite, another queen size bedroom and a smaller non- bedroom .
There is a lift or stairs to our apartment which is on the 2nd floor of 3. There are 6 apartments in the complex.

The Jetty area is vibrant and friendly and combines both coastal and city living. We are close to our CBD and the region's main attractions. Our apartment is less than 500 meters from beaches, the famous Coffs Jetty, the marina and many tourist areas, including the Jetty Restaurant strip.
There is easy access to many coastal & hinterland towns with interesting things to see and do.

Coffs Harbour has a number of swimming and surfing beaches and depending on the time of year, you can watch whales pass by. There are surf schools as well as a range of snorkel and scuba activities. There is a Dolphin Conservation Park where you can get close to dolphins and seals and this is great day for any age group.
Nearby small towns of Bellingen and Dorrigo have many attractions as well as Music Festivals.
There are many walks, national parks, adventure parks, cycling and day trips which are appealing and brochures of different activities are included in our house package.
