Modern, light, air-conditioned single level home in central area. Our house is very close to restaurants, cafes, shopping, beaches and transport. It is two minutes walk from the train line which will take you into the city or to the lively, historic area of Fremantle. A five minute drive away are some of Perth's most beautiful beaches, some of which are also accessible by train and a short walk.
The house consists of a large open-plan living area which opens out onto a small deck and garden. The three bedrooms are all double. The main bedroom has an en-suite while the other two share a family bathroom with separate toilet.
The kitchen is modern with two ovens for the keen cook.
There is also a study with two large desks.
Our car is a Peugeot 308 which is ideal for trips out of Perth. The Margaret River Wine region is a 4.5 hour drive away or head inland on a short drive to the SwanValley and enjoy the 32km food and wine trail.
