Our house is in a very private cul-de-sac. It is about 45 years old, and we have lovingly renovated/improved it over the years. It has a large kitchen/meals area, a cosy lounge room, two kids' bedrooms and a large master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite. We have a beautiful, very private deck in a Mediterranean style back yard where you can enjoy dappled light under the grapevine and the trickling of our water feature, and a huge verandah at the front with mountain views and sunsets. In summer we also put up our 12 ft round K-Mart style swimming pool which is great for cooling down.
