Semi Retired Marine Engineer and Bank Officer working part time on the lovely Sunshine Coast.. Two grown up sons that have now flown the nest, so now we would love to start to utilise our large home and experience the cultural exchange benefits of a home swap. We are non smokers, fairly active, enjoy sailing, swimming, walking, wine, food, travel, generally all the good things in life.

Our Sunshine Coast home is situated on the first canal closest to the Mooloolaba Harbour entrance ensuring easy direct ocean access for boating. Positioned in a quiet cull de sac we are lucky to have sensational beaches for surfing or fishing on our door step. The lighthouse and local park all have popular walking tracks. Shopping centre, Surf Club and restaurants, library and community centre are all within walking distance or short drive.
Mooloolaba, a popular tourist destination is just over the river, offering Underwater World, (dive with sharks if game) scuba diving, sailing, as well as a selection of cafes and shops to browse.
Maleny and the hinterland offer a green change with spectacular mountain views not to mention markets and cheese tasting. Australia Zoo is also a must. These are just some of the activities you may wish to indulge in during your stay.
The house is two storey, comprising of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, (main with ensuite and spa), rumpus room, office, spacious lounge and deck overlooking the pool and canal plus double garage. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and icemaker fridge. Large TV, WII console and broadband is available.
You are also welcome to use some of the surfboards or surf skis.
Suitable for anyone that enjoys an active lifestyle. The home is smoke and pet free.
We are open to any interesting offers and look forward to our first home swap.
