We are a retired couple with extensive exchange experience through other websites. We have exchanged in France, Turkey, United Kingdom, Germany, Malta, Prague and within Australia and New Zealand. e are keen road cyclists and have completed Cairns to Cooktown as well as Passau to Vienna, The Adige valley in Italy, Poland, Cambodia to name a few. We are both keen golfers and bridge players as well. Our hobbies are camping (we own a camper trailer) and estuary fishing using our boat.

Well appointed house air conditioned throughout. Peaceful location with great bird life. Enjoy cooling off in the pool. Beautiful views of the mountains. The house is 15 minute drive to Cairns where a myriad of tourist attractions and adventure activities are available.

Cairns provides access to a myriad of activities ranging from the adventurous to visiting the rain forests and Great barrier Reef. Great fishing is easily accessible as are a range of National Parks and, waterfalls and pristine swimming places such as the Josephine Falls. No one should be bored in Cairns!

Our house is a short drive (10-15 minutes) to Cairns where restaurants providing a full range of cuisines are available. The Great Barrier Reef is easily accessed through Cairns. Activities include visitingnearby Islands, snorkeling and fishing. Alternatively visit the Aquarium which allows you to experience the Great Barrier ref environment without stepping on a boat. Snorkelling and other reef activities are at your door step as is the world famous Daintree Rain Forest.the scenic and charming Atherton Tableland with are a short drive away.
