On the Gold Coast you can have the best of the beautiful beaches and unlimited bushwalking in the hinterland behind us.

Our home is in exclusive acreage estate and within walking distance to 240 hectares of walking tracks and Lakelands in the Tallebudgera Valley on the Southern end of the Gold Coast. (see google earth)

At the same time we are only 3km from Currumbin, Tallebudgera and Burleigh Heads Beaches, so you can drop in and out for quiet when you want it. Our home is a bright open plan space, lovely pool, deck and pool area undercover and in open space with hinterland views from most windows. There are 3 Golf Courses and one driving range within two Kms. Great neighbours all round.

We are within 30 minutes drive to Dreamworld, Movie World, Sea world and Wet & Wild and one hour from Byron Bay. Good fishing in nearby lakes, creeks & ocean. 2 rods in the garage. Sydney is a one hour flight from the Gold Coast airport (cheap) and Melbourne only two hours. You can also fly direct to NZ, Adelaide, and Perth form our airport so use it as a
base.
