Our home is a lovely 4 bedroom home with a resort style pool and surrounds and situated directly across from the waters of Forest Lake. We have recently completed new interior painting and flooring and installation of brand new kitchen plus extensive work in the yard and gardens. We are located just 25 kilometres to Brisbane City, a 1 hour drive to the beautiful Gold Coast beaches and just 1.5 hours to the Sunshine Coast. Both the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast have some of the best beaches and fabulous attractions on offer for your holiday. Our wish is to experience a White Christmas!!! So if you are looking to enjoy a sunny and warm Christmas for a change then we are keen to hear from you. Also, we are looking for some longer term swaps and are open to discussion regarding the length of swap and the time of year.
