Degisim için önerdigimiz ev hakkinda
We are experienced exchangers [36 since 1988] with a 33yo spacious home in a modern suburb, close to all amenities. (For those who know Perth, we live in CARINE, which is adjacent to the coastal suburbs of North Beach and Marmion).
Our home is 5" drive from the glorious beaches of Scarborough & Trigg, and 12" walk from North Beach with its beachside promenade, restaurant strip and expansive views).
The internationally known [private] Lake Karrinyup Golf
Club, a public golf course, a cinema complex and various
sized shopping centres are all 5-15 min's drive away.
Star Swamp, a large nature reserve with many walking
tracks, is two min's stroll away.
Easy access to the city [15-20" by freeway] and to Perth
Airport's domestic & international terminals [by arterial
route] is available.
We are looking for - among others - a home/car exchange in Melb. over the period of the 2018 Aust. Open AND one in the general area of Kiama, NSW over Anzac 2016. We hope to exchange in ITALY for 8 wks in mid to late 2018.

Our neighbourhood is typical of Perth's suburbs developed since the 70'. Wide streets, a no. of parks and reserves, and pretty quiet. Easy access tp Perth's amenities is a feature of Carine - a popular north-of-the-river area.

Shops are within easy reach and there are many beaches within an easy drive. There are restaurants and two cinema multiplexes under 15 minutes available. The city with its usual CBD attractions is 15-20 minutes away - but rush-hour access is much slower. We have a 2013 Camry sedan [31,000kms] and a 2014 Hyundai i20 5dr [12,000kms] and would be happy to exchange either so that exchangees may gain easy access to the above-mentioned amenities.
